Purpose: To provide Omni Content Management System(CMS) step by step instructions to staff users at Alvin Community College.
Process:

Converted print instructional booklet into eLearning modules.

Utilized Adobe Captivate to create course, adding course content, images, video, interactivity, assessments, etc.

Review and test course functionality.

Modify as needed.

Upload final course to college's system portal.

Provide and grant access, as well as support contact information to staff users.
Accessibility: Fixing Accessibility Errors in Omni CMS [Video]
Purpose: Train users with steps in fixing accessibility errors in the OmniUpdate Content Management System(CMS).
Process: The need for the course was obtained from data in CMS Needs Assessment.
Create a storyboard in PowerPoint.
Presented storyboard to stakeholders for additional input. Modified storyboard as directed.
Created the final course.
