Purpose: Convert a one-pager of content focusing on “How I Approach a Team” and “Cross Team Collaboration” to be shared at the end of an interview for Tailored Brands.

Process:

  • Research.

  • Gathered content, images, video, etc. on Moovly.com (Moovly is a free alternative to Vyond software.)

  • Combine, configure, and build 2-3minute training animation.

  • Review, modify, and test functionality.

  • Upload, publish, and share the link.

 

Business Communication

Purpose: Provide a few quick tips to inform clients about ways to communicate and reach potential customers.

Process:

  • Research.

  • Build a short informational animation

  • Review and test functionality.

ADDIE Explained

I developed and designed the training content below in Rise360, Articulate360, PowerPoint, and Adobe Captivate.
Purpose: To provide basic details on ADDIE principles.
Process:

  • Researched various websites and resources for clear and concise content.

  • Gathered list of useful resources.

  • Compile, organize, and draft useful resources in storyboards for review.

  • Use Articulate to build course adding content, images, video, interactivity, assessments, etc.

  • Review and test course functionality.

  • Publish Final

Omni CMS Training for Alvin Community College

Purpose: To provide Omni Content Management System(CMS) step by step instructions to staff users at Alvin Community College.
Process:

  • Converted print instructional booklet into eLearning modules.

  • Utilized Adobe Captivate to create course, adding course content, images, video, interactivity, assessments, etc.

  • Review and test course functionality.

  • Modify as needed.

  • Upload final course to college's system portal.

  • Provide and grant access, as well as support contact information to staff users.

CRITICAL INFRASTRUCTURE SECURITY & RESILIENCE TRAINING [example]

**DUE TO SECURITY PROVISIONS, the link below is a "publicly accessible example similar" to the eLearning iterations, I created for DHS/Vertex. **The actual courses I created are only accessible within DHS.

Purpose: Create Department of Homeland Security(DHS) courses for stakeholders.

Process:

  • Obtain storyboards from stakeholders once reviewed by the Program Manager.

  • Build course in SCORM Template using CSS, HTML, and Javascript

  • Add course content, images, video, interactivity, assessments, etc. in Visual Studio Design.

  • Review and test course functionality.

  • Upload to LMS and publish in Moodle test environment.
